At Azira, we care about your satisfaction! Kindly review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience:
● Upon delivery, please check your items in front of the courier before completing payment.
● If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item or size), you can return it immediately with the courier.
● Exchanges are accepted on the spot. If you wish to exchange an item, please pay the delivery fee to the courier before they leave.
● We do not accept returns after the courier leaves unless there is a clear defect in the product.
● Please check your order once received. Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 2 days of delivery, before wearing or washing the item, with clear pictures/videos and full details.
● Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Any signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, misuse, damage caused by wear, or removed tags will make the request ineligible.
● We’ll get back to you within 2 working days with the suitable solution.
